Even though he did not act for us in our mortgage dealings, John continued to provide advice and support during the period between offer and completion and all of his advice proved to be 100% accurate and invaluable.
We still own the property John helped us to buy and continue to enjoy regular vacations in it. It also has proved to be an excellent investment, with regular rental income coming through and the equity in the house rising steadily.
However, if it wasn't for Art we wouldn’t have considered buying in Florida in the first place and when we got the money together to finally invest, if it wasn’t for John, we may well have ended up buying something wholly inappropriate or in a location and a condition that would not have resulted in the fantastic situation we enjoy now.
